Factory Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a factory Foreman. The factory Forman will be responsible for managing the workforce and ensuring that a smooth transition through production to delivery is being made.

The factory Foreman will ensure that projects are incline with the company’s quality standards and fabrication drawings.

This is an exciting position that has the opportunity of progression within the company.

Previous experience working in sheet metal is essential for this position.

Duties

• Overseeing projects through all stages of production
• Delegating works out to workforce in order of importance
• Ensuring on time delivery
• Quality control
• Basic fabrication works

Requirements

• Previous experience working in sheet metal is essential
• Ability to understand and read fabrication drawings
• Management skills
• Organization skills
• Forklift license would be useful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
