Vitreous Enameled Aluminum Paneling
We fabricated and installed a series of 12 removable vitreous enameled aluminum panels designed by a London-based artist, combining technical precision with creative vision.
To ensure long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance—essential for the exposed location—each panel was coated in vitreous enamel. The panels were CNC punched to achieve the bespoke profile, with side flanges formed on our press brake to add structural strength and create wall fixing points. Corners were fully welded and sanded smooth, ready for powder coating and enameling.
Galvanized top hat sections were also formed and securely fixed to the wall, allowing the aluminum panels to be easily mounted and removed as needed.
