Stainless Steel Extraction Box

This ongoing project is part of a regular order for a long-standing client based in the South West.

We fabricate a fully welded extraction box from 316 stainless steel, featuring a removable lid for ease of access and maintenance. All profiles are precision-punched and formed using either our press brake or hydraulic rolling machine, depending on the required geometry.

The project demands high-tolerance stainless steel welding and showcases our complete sheet metal fabrication capabilities, from forming to finishing – with consistent quality and durability.

Processes Used: CNC Punching, Press Brake Forming, Rolling, TIG Welding
