Bespoke Electrical Boxes
We fabricate a wide range of custom electrical boxes, tailored to meet diverse specifications across various applications.
Each box and lid profile is precision-punched using our CNC punching machine, equipped with a 13-station turret that allows multiple punch tools to be programmed simultaneously. Combined with our extensive tool library, we can accommodate virtually any punching requirement with efficiency and accuracy.
Once punched, the components are folded and corner-welded to form a fully enclosed box. Stud welding and surface finishing follow, with each unit sanded smooth and prepared for powder coating and screen printing—delivering a clean, professional finish ready for installation.
