Project Spotlight: Perforated Vaccine Boxes for COVID-19 Rollout
During the 2020 COVID-19 vaccination rollout, we were commissioned to fabricate a large batch of perforated vaccine boxes using 316 stainless steel—chosen for its durability and corrosion resistance in medical environments.
Each box and lid was precision-punched, formed, and TIG welded to meet strict hygiene and handling standards. The punched perforations created a subtle dishing effect on the face side, resulting in a smooth, burr-free finish that’s both safe to handle and visually refined – a feature many of our clients prefer.
Processes Used: CNC Punching, Press Brake Forming, TIG Welding
